he general mental health program focuses on treating issues such as depression, anxiety   disorder, attention deficit disorder, divorce and a variety of other difficulties including:

• Behavioral problems at home, school or within the community

• Grief, adjustment to parental separation, or blended family issues

• Difficulty managing anger

• Parent/child conflict

• Bullying

We use a variety of age appropriate treatment strategies including:

• Traditional “talk” therapy – allows for discussion and processing of events and emotions to gain a better understanding of behavior and to learn new coping skills.

• Play and Art therapy –The child expresses his or herself through guided play or artwork, and issues are processed creatively through that medium.

• Psychodrama – allows individuals to explore internal conflicts by acting out their emotions and interpersonal interactions.

• Group and Family Counseling
