- • Impulsivity- Acting before thinking decisions all the way through• Emotional Instability- Intense mood changes, or a steady negative mood state• Interpersonal Problems- Patterns of difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, in or outside of the family
If so, join us for a DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills building group on Mondays from 6-8 p.m.
This group will help middle and high school students learn to:
- • Control emotions• Mange conflict• Resolve family issues• Tolerate things not going the way the youth intended
